Consult

At conception stage, our pre-construction design team works with clients to strategically define project requirements. Our in-house team of architects, clinical planners, surveyors, MEP, structural and fire engineers are able to collaborate with our clients to understand and advise on specific requirements including workflows, infrastructure, capacity and accommodation schedule, providing cost and programme updates at all stages and supporting OBC and FBC approval.

Construct

We’ve been leading the way for 40 years, utilising Modern Methods of Construction specifically for healthcare. Our portfolio includes over 300 state-of-the-art operating theatres, 2,500 complaint bed spaces and many other specialist accommodation. By adopting a ‘platform approach’ to MMC, we’re able to utilise a spectrum of off-site, near-site and on-site pre-manufacturing, as well as process improvements and the latest technology to maximise Pre-Manufactured Value, achieving anywhere between 65-80% for our healthcare clients.
