MTX proud to announce place on prestigious NHS Shared Business Services Framework
25 Apr 2017
MTX have been awarded a Specialist Contractor place on the NHS Shared Business Services Framework.
This framework allows for the supply of general bespoke buildings, as well as Healthcare and Education buildings to be purchased without the requirement to publish the opportunity on OJEU. The 4 year framework, which went live in January 2017, aims to compliment the benefits of offsite construction by providing an equally efficient procurement route.
A position on the framework has been awarded to MTX following a fair and open competition across the offsite and modular construction market and as such, MTX are proved capable of delivering a full range of turnkey solutions including planning applications, full architectural design, enabling works, site works and soft landings. There are many benefits for both Client and Contractor with this procurement route and MTX are extremely excited to see what opportunities it brings.
David Hartley, Managing Director of MTX said: “MTX are proud to have secured a place on the new NHS SBS framework and this streamlined procurement route will without doubt support the NHS and Education sectors in meeting their ever increasing demands. As one of the UK’s leading providers of bespoke modular healthcare buildings we are excited about working with new and existing clients to provide state of the art clinical facilities in addition to working with the education sector to provide semi-permanent and permanent buildings.”
