MTX have successfully won the contract to provide scientific company Hall Analytical with a state of the art laboratory fit out.

Hall Analytical have a requirement to expand their current services to a new site located in Altrincham, Cheshire. MTX will provide the complete fit out of 8 laboratories, including a LC-MS lab, GC-MS labs, an inorganics lab, wet labs and vape testing labs plus ancillary areas. These laboratories will be constructed to the highest standard to ensure full compliance is achieved in relation to the testing of products and materials for the pharmaceutical industry that will take place inside.

MTX have appointed architectural partners HPA and consulting engineers DSSR to assist with the design phase which is currently still being finalised. Fit out works will begin in the next couple of months and a completion date is set for late 2019.
