MTX are pleased to announce that we are signatories of the Inspiring Women in Construction & Engineering Pledge.

This initiative, which is a joint scheme with Construction News and New Civil Engineer, has been created to encourage likeminded companies like MTX, to spotlight equality, inclusion and diversity within their workforce and recruitment processes.

MTX consistently promote equal opportunities when recruiting and are proud to have a 26% female workforce, which we are committed to supporting the continual growth of.

As a signatory, we will endeavour to carry out the below, in line with the pledge objectives:

• Attract, develop and promote more women in our company and industry and do this in a fair way
• Close our gender pay gap
• Champion and recognise the achievements of women
• Work collaboratively to create an environment that welcomes and helps retain women

We will strive to achieve the above by Best Practice, setting KPIs and cascading the pledge down through our supply chain to ensure maximum coverage and impact.
